We maintain an employee master file with contract terms, basic salary and allowances, and we process the monthly payroll from your attendance, overtime and leave inputs. Every change — a new joiner, a salary revision, a final settlement — is documented before it reaches the bank file.
The WPS file is prepared in the format required by your bank or exchange house, checked against the payroll register, and confirmed once salaries are credited. Employees receive clear payslips, and you receive a cost summary by department that can be posted directly into your accounts.
We also calculate end-of-service benefits and leave balances in line with UAE labour law, keep the personnel records an inspection would require, and support you on gratuity, deductions and final settlement documentation when someone leaves.
