Accuracy before speed
We would rather deliver a correct set of accounts a day later than a hurried one that has to be redone. Every return is prepared by one qualified person and reviewed by a second.
A UAE-based accounting and technology firm built on nearly 25 years of professional experience, one point of accountability and work that holds up when it is reviewed.
Our story
Dar Al Naseem Information Technology LLC was formed around a simple observation. UAE businesses were paying one supplier to prepare the numbers, another to host them and a third to explain them — and when a deadline was missed or an authority asked a question, nobody owned the whole picture.
So we built a firm that does both: qualified accountants and tax consultants on one side, web developers and digital marketers on the other, working from the same desk. Your books, your VAT and corporate tax filings, your payroll and your website sit with one accountable team that already knows your business.
The people who do the work are the people you speak to. There is no account manager relaying messages, and no offshore queue reading from a script. Our team is based in the UAE, close to the authorities, the banks and the free-zone registrars your filings actually go to.
What we stand for
Every engagement is run to the same standard, whether it is a one-off VAT return or a full finance function.
We would rather deliver a correct set of accounts a day later than a hurried one that has to be redone. Every return is prepared by one qualified person and reviewed by a second.
If we cannot explain a tax position in a sentence, we have not finished understanding it. You will always get the conclusion first, then the technical detail.
Salary data, bank access and commercial records are handled under documented access controls and a written confidentiality undertaking — not a verbal promise.
When something is due, delivering it is our job, not yours to chase. Deadlines are tracked centrally and each submission is confirmed to you in writing.
Our experience
Our senior team has spent close to 25 years working with UAE businesses across trading, contracting, retail, professional services and free-zone entities. That experience shows up in small ways that save real money: knowing which documents an authority will ask for, which transactions create a VAT risk, and which structure fits a licence.
Just as importantly, it means we have seen what happens when compliance is treated as an afterthought — the penalties, the frozen bank account, the audit that takes three months instead of three weeks. Our processes are designed to keep you out of that position.
Monthly close, reconciliations, IFRS statements and audit preparation for entities of every size.
Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR and goAML filings handled by specialists who follow FTA updates as they are published.
Monthly payroll, salary transfers and end-of-service calculations in line with UAE labour law.
Bilingual websites, technical SEO and campaigns built around the services you actually sell.
Coverage
We meet clients in person where it helps and work remotely where it is faster. Documents move through secure channels, and every client has a direct line to the person handling their file.
Free zone, mainland, branch or sole establishment — the compliance calendar differs, our standard does not.
Answers
If your question is not here, send it to us on WhatsApp — we answer technical questions before you commit to anything.
No. Your statutory audit must be carried out by a registered auditor, and we do not compromise that independence. What we do is prepare your records and schedules, coordinate fieldwork and answer technical queries so the audit is efficient and the findings are few.
A named senior accountant who is introduced during onboarding and remains your contact. Their work is reviewed by a second qualified person before anything is filed, and a partner is available if an issue needs escalation.
Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving any sensitive records, and access to salary data and bank portals is restricted to the individuals named in the engagement letter.
