We ask who will read the statements — a bank, a regulator, an investor — and present the disclosures that answer their questions instead of a generic template.
IFRS-compliant financial statements and disclosure notes prepared for banks, auditors, free-zone authorities and group reporting.
A set of financial statements is a communication document. Banks, auditors, investors and free-zone registrars read it to judge your business, and small differences in presentation change the impression it makes.
We prepare a complete set: statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows and the notes that explain the numbers — accounting policies, related parties, financial instruments, leases, revenue recognition and going-concern assumptions.
Our starting point is your trial balance and supporting records, which we adjust for the items that local management accounts often omit: end-of-service benefit provisions, accrued expenses, deferred tax, expected credit losses, lease liabilities and right-of-use assets, and revenue cut-off at the reporting date.
The result is a set of statements that matches the requirements of your auditor, satisfies a bank's credit team, and — where you report to a parent company — maps cleanly into the group's consolidation package with the currency and policy translations already handled.
The scope below is our standard service. Anything outside it is agreed in writing before the work starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise invoice.
We ask who will read the statements — a bank, a regulator, an investor — and present the disclosures that answer their questions instead of a generic template.
Comparative figures are restated where necessary and policies stay consistent, so trends remain readable and auditor queries stay short.
If your bank, free-zone authority or parent company requires IFRS reporting, yes. We scale the presentation and disclosures to the size and complexity of the business.
That is the usual sequence. We prepare the statements and schedules, then support your auditor through fieldwork so the final signed set is issued quickly.
AED is standard for UAE entities. We also prepare statements in USD or another functional currency, and translate group reporting packs where a parent company requires it.
